Terms & Conditions — Madison Dog Pack LLC

By booking a training session or purchasing services from Madison Dog Pack LLC ("Trainer"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms.
Services Offered:
- In-Person Training: Single session (1 hour, $100) or 4-Session Package (4 x 1 hour, $360)
- Virtual Training: Single session (1 hour, $85) or 4-Session Package (4 x 1 hour, $300)
Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of booking via Stripe. A session is not confirmed until payment has been received. For 4-Session Packages, full payment is due at booking.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for sessions that have been completed. Unused sessions from a package may be credited toward a future session at Trainer's discretion. No cash refunds will be issued for unused package sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
- 24+ hours notice: Session credit applied. No refund issued.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Session is forfeited. No credit or refund.
- No-show without notice: Session is forfeited. No credit or refund.
Trainer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or technical failure. Client will be notified and offered the next available slot.
Assumption of Risk:
Client acknowledges that dog training involves inherent risks including bites, scratches, injury to persons or animals, and property damage. Client assumes full responsibility for their dog's behavior at all times during and outside of sessions. Madison Dog Pack LLC shall not be held liable for any injury to persons, animals, or property arising from the implementation of training techniques or recommendations.
Accurate Disclosure:
Client warrants that all information provided regarding their dog's behavior, health, bite history, and temperament is accurate and complete. Failure to disclose known issues may result in termination of services without refund.
No Guarantee of Results:
Training outcomes depend on many factors including consistency of practice, the dog's temperament, and accuracy of implementation. Madison Dog Pack LLC makes no guarantee of specific training outcomes.
Health & Vaccination:
Client confirms their dog is current on all required vaccinations and in good general health.
Virtual Session Terms:
For virtual sessions, Client is responsible for a reliable internet connection and suitable training environment. Trainer is not responsible for disruptions caused by Client-side technical issues.
Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in Davidson or Forsyth County, North Carolina.
